A co-founder with her husband Brett, Natalie is involved in all day-to-day business activities.

Natalie  has been instrumental in building a company culture that supports and celebrates its people. Her initiatives include the staff welfare programme, the annual birthday party and kids’ Christmas party and regular support and involvement in community events.
